Enjoy an interactive class during which A519's Chef, Amanda Wright, leads you through the intricacies of sugar cookery and confectionery.
You will learn the basic science of sugar, taste different sugar types, and learn how to use each in creating confections. You will learn how to make a caramel sauce, vanilla flavored marshmallows, and candied nuts. These techniques provide you with the knowledge to create sugar-based confections at home.
At the end of the class, each guest will receive a jar of caramel sauce, marshmallows, and candied nuts. Additionally, each guest will receive a 20% off coupon for a future purchase on our online store.
The confections class lasts between 2 and 3 hours. The cost is $85 per person. Classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis, and once your tickets are purchased we will contact you to schedule the class at a mutually agreeable time. Nights and weekends are available.

Masks must be worn during the entire class and frequent hand washing and sanitizing will be required. Gloves, aprons, and hair nets will be provided and must be worn throughout the class. Please no BYO snacks or drinks as bottled water and plenty of chocolate will be provided. When possible, please leave personal items in the car.
